These dinky ceramic jewellery dishes are great for making sure your special rings are in a safe spot by the sink when you do the washing up, for holding your everyday jewellery on your bedside table or a keeping a collection of earrings on your dressing table.
How big is it?
Each ceramic jewellery dish is the perfect size for keeping your everyday jewellery nice and safe. It’s also a good size for small things around the home, like acting as a place for your keys on your hallway table.
The handmade process
I glaze the top of each handmade jewellery dish with one of four different coloured glazes (either white, light blue, grey or midnight). The rim is left unglazed to reveal the natural clay, which gives it a beautiful contrast in textures.
Because they’re hand-thrown on my potter’s wheel in my Wiltshire studio, no two ceramic jewellery dishes are ever identical, but that’s what I love about handmade ceramics.
