The handmade process
Each ceramic mug is hand-thrown on my potter’s wheel in my home studio in Wiltshire. I glaze each one on the inside with a shiny white glaze before dipping the outside in one of four different blends on the outside. The overlapping layers create a beautiful blend of colours, and as they’re all handmade, every travel mug is one of a kind. Hazy Skyline is a gentle blend of dusky blue-grey with earthy brown tones, which reminds me of the skyline at dawn.
